We are moving at warp speed these days while working on Businesses, trying to balance family and friends as well as stay calm during the economic crisis. Then it becomes no secret that we all sometimes have a hard time eating right and maintaining the proper diet.
I recently ran across an interesting website called Foodproof.com where I found a nice dietary mindmap which can be a useful reference for maintaining a good diet during the day. Hope this helps someone out there. That someone is most likely gonna be me~
The mindap breaks foods into the following catagories that can increase you daily productivity.
- Improving Digestion and Sleep
- Energy and Brain Food
- Low Fat Filling Foods
- General Productivity Boosters
- Controlling Blood Pressure and becoming Heart Healthy

Nutrition is one of the most vital, if not the most vital, keys to staying on top of your game. Just as the wrong foods can make you feel sluggish and foggy, there are foods that can make you feel more energetic and productive. Looks like the site you’ve mentioned is on top of all that.
If you combine this better way of eating with a healthy level of activity, you will experience a much better quality of life, not too mention a longer one.
